Warranty
All wheelsets come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects. Eligibility for warranty is determined by Revolution Wheelworks. If it is determined that there is a manufacturing issue within the first year of ownership, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you, as well as cover the cost of return ground shipping. While wheels damaged as the result of misuse, accidents or bad karma are not covered under warranty, they are still covered by our exceptionally well priced repair program.
Repair
Our wheels are designed with ease of maintenance and repair in mind. No proprietary spokes or bearings are used and most minor repairs can be done at your local bike shop. If you or your shop have any difficulty finding the necessary replacement spokes or bearings, please let us know and we will send you what you need at no charge.
If you have broken a rim or otherwise damaged a wheel beyond the restorative abilities of your local shop, please contact us to arrange shipment and repair. Rather than offer some type of crash replacement insurance or extended warranty at the time of purchase, we simply offer repairs at an extremely reasonable cost. The most you will pay for any repair, even if complete replacement is necessary is $190 for an alloy wheel, $320 for a carbon tubular or $420 for a carbon clincher. Please email info@revolutionwheelworks.com for any service requests.
